Service Level Reporting

Using X-SLR (and the associated X-Gen - the new Report Generator from Project X Technologies) you can define, generate and then view service level reports on your corporate intranet via a standard web browser! The generator can cope with multiple Unicenter CORes and has a flexible policy based engine.

Email Processor

The Email Processor from Project X Technologies offers a flexible mechanism to receive emails, scan them and re-format their content before forwarding them to a final destination - which could be another email address or else 3rd party product (for example Unicenter Event). Highlights include
